All orders are send as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. You're notified when your conscious goodness has been send. Depending on postal services, it takes 1 or 2 working days to arrive within the Netherlands. You can also pick up your order in our 9 straatjes warehouse in the 'The Lingerist' shop during opening hours for free.
When your gorgeousness arrives at your doorstep, it feels more like opening a present. Want to send a gift to someone else? Just let us know and we'll make sure to pack it extra magically.

When you buy at Rogue, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your sustainable gorgeousness. If you don't, just let us know by email within 14 days after receiving your order.
After that, you have another 14 days to return. Below is a link to our return form. Please print it and put it in the box or just include a little (love) note to us with the info that's required on the form.
To return, please send to the address below. We'll reimburse the entire costs of the returned item, including the initial shipping costs to your address. Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item yourself. If you want to keep part of your order, we'll reimburse the item(s) that are returned, but not the shipping costs to and from your address.
Please beware: For hygienic reasons, earrings and beauty & skincare products cannot be returned. For these products, all orders are final.
// MONEY REIMBURSEMENT
We'll reimburse you, through the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, within 14 days after you've let us know about the return. The item(s) need to be back with us (in perfect condition) before we make the payment. The time it takes for the money to be back in your account depends on your bank and payment method, but is usually within 3 working days.
Please let us know if you want to exchange an item so we can help you smoothen the process.
// DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SEND GOODS
You're always entitled to a good product. In the unfortunate case you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll take the article back and make sure you'll receive a new one or get your money back, whatever you like.
When you place an order at Rogue, you'll go through the following steps:
- Fill out your personal details (name, email, phone number and delivery address);
- Please check if all items in your shopping card are correct;
- Choose your shipping method. After this, your shipping costs will be calculated;
- Select your payment method (you can choose iDEAL, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bancontact) and confirm your order;
- Pay with the payment method you chose;
- You ordered! We'll make sure your conscious beauties arrive as soon as possible.
