WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on postal services, it takes 1 or 2 working days to arrive within the Netherlands.
Internationally, packages are delivered to Belgium within 1-2 working days, to Germany, the UK, Denmark and France in 2-3 working days and to Italy, Spain and most other European countries in 3-5 working days. To the rest of the world, shipping times vary from within one to two weeks.

After that, you have another 14 days to return. On the 'shipping + returns' page is a link to our return form. Please print it and put it in the box or just include a little (love) note to us with the info that's required on the form. To return, please send to the address below.
We'll reimburse the entire costs of the returned item, including the initial shipping costs to your address. Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item yourself. If you want to keep part of your order, we'll reimburse the item(s) that are returned, but not the shipping costs to and from your address. We'll reimburse you through the same payment method that was used to pay for the order within 14 days after you've let us know about the return. The item(s) need to be back with us (in perfect condition) before we reimburse. The time it takes for the money to be back in your account depends on your bank and payment method, but is usually within 3 working days.
Please beware: For hygienic reasons, earrings and beauty products cannot be returned. For these products, all orders are final.
