WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are send as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. Items that are ordered before 12 o'clock, are usually sent out the same day. You're notified when your conscious goodness has been sent.

Depending on postal services, it takes 1 or 2 working days to arrive within the Netherlands. You can also pick up your order in our 9 straatjes warehouse in the 'The Lingerist' shop during opening hours for free.

Internationally, packages are delivered to Belgium within 1-2 working days, to Germany, the UK, Denmark and France in 2-3 working days and to Italy, Spain and most other European countries in 3-5 working days. To the rest of the world, shipping times vary from within one to two weeks.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

iDEAL, PayPal, creditcards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Maestro + Bancontact. Or pay later with Klarna

ARE THERE EXTRA COSTS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU?

Yes, depending on your countries rules and regulations, there are international shipping duty costs and taxes. Please note that we are not responsible for these

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

When you buy at Rogue, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your sustainable gorgeousness. If you don't, just let us know by email within 14 days after receiving your order.

After that, you have another 14 days to return. On the 'shipping + returns' page is a link to our return form. Please print it and put it in the box or just include a little (love) note to us with the info that's required on the form. To return, please send to the address below.

We'll reimburse the entire costs of the returned item, including the initial shipping costs to your address. Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item yourself. If you want to keep part of your order, we'll reimburse the item(s) that are returned, but not the shipping costs to and from your address. We'll reimburse you through the same payment method that was used to pay for the order within 14 days after you've let us know about the return. The item(s) need to be back with us (in perfect condition) before we reimburse. The time it takes for the money to be back in your account depends on your bank and payment method, but is usually within 3 working days.

Please beware: For hygienic reasons, earrings and beauty products cannot be returned. For these products, all orders are final.

CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AS A GIFT?

Yes, definitely. Just let us know in the comment section during check-out and we'll make sure to pack it extra magically.

I CAN'T FIND MY FAVE OR IT'S SOLD OUT, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?

Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll try and find it. Most items that are out of stock - apart from sale items that will always be last pieces - will be back soon

HOW SUSTAINABLE IS ROGUE?

We believe in slow consuming over mass production. There is no planet B, so let's take care of this one together. All of our brands are sustainable, female founded indie brands that produce slow. They only make small batches of their gorgeousness so nothing is wasted, use recycled materials, ship sustainably and always, always treat and pay their employees fairly. We love animals more than anything and would never sell anything that harms them in any way. All of our clean beauty is completely cruelty-free. Plus, all beauty products are vegan except for one item: Rowsie Vain's fan fave tight + bright face cleanser has organic honey in it.
