it’s not my favorite Cirque shade. Even though it is very pretty on the nail, it dries down smooth, and it’s very long lasting, the magnetic effect is quite weak. So it doesn’t really work in the velvet style.
But I still like to wear it in the classic cat eye stripe, because you can turn any creme or jelly into something sparkly and unique!
Here I’m wearing Starry Eyed over a mauve shade ‘simply radishing’ by OPI
I always see those perfect shade of pink or champagne magnetic colors. I tried to recreate it with pink and milky white here. This is the velvety version.
Color are rosejelly water and linen. Both from Cirque Color with this topper Starry Eyed
Can make anything holo with this one, plus it's also magnetic. Only, beware that magnetic particles have a slight greyish tinting effect, so expect a bit of that over color. I tried it over a black/grey aura which is my favorite way to wear this. I also did an entire holo rainbow, building it up to through many layers.
Ik vind het echt super om met deze topper te experimenteren en te combineren! Ik vond 'm het mooist over wat minder felle en niet te donkere kleuren. De holo glitter is heel mooi fijn en glitterig. Ik gebruikte twee lagen en magnetiseerde ze beide door de magneet ongeveer een halve minuut boven de nagel te houden.
