When you buy something in our store, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the item. If you do not want to keep it, you can let us know within this decision period of 14 days via the return form here below, or just send us an email. To return, please send it to the address below. We will reimburse the entire costs of the returned item, including the initial shipping costs to your address. Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping costs to return the item yourself. A package that fits through your mailbox usually costs about 3,50 euro to send back within The Netherlands, a bigger order about 6,95 euro. If you want to keep a part of your order, we will reimburse the item(s) that are returned but the shipping costs to and from your address are not reimbursed. If your order was shipped for free, we cannot refund the initial shipping to your address as this was already paid by us. The article needs to be in perfect condition, cannot be altered and, if applicable, needs to be in the original packaging.
Beware: For hygienic reasons, earrings and beauty & skincare products cannot be returned. For these products, all orders are final.
After letting us know within 14 days that you do not wish to keep your purchased item, you have another 14 days to return it to us. Below is a link to our return form. Please print this and put it in the box with the item.

We will reimburse the entire purchase costs including initial shipping costs to your address, but excluding shipping costs for the return, though the same paying method that was used to pay for the item within 14 days after you have let us know you wish to return the item. The items needs to be received in our store in good condition before we make the payment. When we have received it, we will send you a confirmation email. The time it take for the money to be back in your account depends on your bank and payment method, but is usually handled within three working days.

DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SEND GOODS
You are always entitled to a good product. In the unfortunate case that you receive a damage item or an item you did not order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will take the article back and make sure you will receive a new one as soon as possible or reimburse the purchase amount, whatever your choice is.
